How do I request a tow?
Call 778-694-1000, message us on WhatsApp, or fill in the online request form. Your pickup location, vehicle, and phone number are enough to get started.
Which areas do you serve?
We’re based in Chilliwack and serve the Fraser Valley from Hope to Abbotsford, including Agassiz, Harrison Hot Springs, Rosedale, Sardis, Vedder, and Yarrow.
How much does a tow cost?
It depends on the vehicle, the pickup location, and where it needs to go. We’ll confirm the cost with you before proceeding, so there are no surprises.
Can I book a tow in advance?
Yes. Choose “Scheduled towing” in the request form and add your preferred day and time, or call us to arrange it.
Do I need an account or an app?
No. There’s no account and no app. Just call, message, or send the form.
What information should I have ready?
Where the vehicle is, the year, make and model, what happened, and where you’d like it to go. Notes about access or the vehicle’s condition help too.
Can you move a vehicle that doesn’t run?
Tell us the vehicle’s condition when you request a tow and we’ll confirm what’s needed with you.
What should I do while I wait?
